 Suffering is Optional
Practical Wisdom from the Yoga Sutras

with Kate Holcombe

Saturday, April 14, 2018
10am-5pm at Harmonia Marin, Sausalito, CA

The Yoga Sutras offer potent teachings on how to navigate physical pain, loss, illness and trauma as well as how to reduce the mental and emotional suffering that often accompany these experiences. In this informative and deeply experiential day, you will learn practical strategies to help you come to truly know, and act from, the quiet place of your authentic Self, so that your experience of suffering can be reduced – no matter what the circumstance. Kate will share how Patanjali’s goal of “independence” and personal transformation through connection with the “Seer,” or authentic Self, is the ultimate key to healing and overcoming adversity at every level. Lunch break from 1-2.
