In this seven-night meditation retreat, we will dive deep into the practice of mindfulness through stillness, movement, silence and connection. Each day will be held in a container of silence supported by the tranquil and beautiful ambiance of Mt. Madonna. There will be seated meditation, mindful yoga, walking meditation in nature, small group meetings with teachers, and teachings from the wisdom traditions woven throughout. We will include focused times each day to explore together what it means to awaken in each embodied moment of our often challenging, chaotic and beautifully sacred lives as women.
