DAYLONG RETREATS AT GREEN GULCH ZEN CENTER

These deeply nourishing silent daylong retreats are a seamless flow of seated and walking meditation (out to the ocean), gentle, mindful yoga and conscious breathing with teachings and self-reflections lightly woven throughout. Cost: $145, includes delicious lunch from Green Gulch’s organic farms and kitchen. Note: I am limiting these to 14 people to allow ample space. Green Gulch covid protocols include proof of vaccination and we will have our own separate meeting and dining space.

Grounded and Spacious: Mindful Yoga and Embodied Meditation Retreat at Spirit Rock Meditation Center

How do we stay both grounded and spacious in a busy and unpredictable world? Join us for an integrated body-mind silent retreat that will help you settle your nervous system, ground your energy, and open up ease and well-being in your body, mind, and heart. The spacious schedule is designed to support mindful presence within the flow of movement and stillness, nourishing your spirit and helping you reconnect with what matters most. There will be time to rest, be in nature, and find the natural rhythms of your own practice. Each day includes guided practice sessions that weave together a gentle, mindful Yoga session, seated meditation instructions, and Dharma reflections, as well as silent seated and walking meditation, open time for self-guided movement practice, and small group meetings with a teacher. Awake and at Home: Embodied Mindfulness Retreat for Women (online)

November 7-13, 2022 As a virtual at-home retreat this is an opportunity to deepen into mindfulness practice and explore what it means to awaken in each embodied moment of our often challenging, chaotic and beautifully sacred lives as women.
