Silent Daylong Retreats at Green Gulch Zen Center
These deeply nourishing silent daylong retreats are a seamless flow of seated and walking meditation, mindful yoga and conscious breathing with teachings from the wisdom traditions lightly woven throughout. $135 includes lunch. Saturday’s 9:30am -5:00pm, all levels welcome.

Fall asleep to the sound of the waves, meditate under the moonlight, replenish your energy & remember what it feels like to be at peace. Two daily mindful yoga sessions tailored specifically to those attending, with meditation, self-reflection and conscious breathing woven throughout. Includes time for silence and connection as well as time to relax in a hammock, read a book or simply rest. Delicious, healthful meals will be served to our group by our private chef.
